The pilot is designed to collect only what is needed for its purpose and to keep the privacy position easy to find.
Optional recording
Session-audio recording is optional, off by default, and stored locally on the operator computer when enabled.
No sermon archive
The pilot does not use cloud sermon storage or a remote sermon archive.
Church contact details
The website will collect only the details needed to assess and operate the pilot. Contact data is separate from application telemetry.
Transcription and telemetry
Keep operational diagnosis proportionate to the pilot.
Cloud transcription is provider-abstracted for the Phase 1 product. Provider credentials never belong in the website or desktop client.
When telemetry is introduced, it should collect only what is needed for diagnosis. It should not collect sermon content or recordings by default.
Before submitting interest
We will state who receives church contact details before the live form opens.
The contact form is being prepared to collect only the information needed to assess and operate the pilot. It will not ask for recordings, API keys, payment details, or other unnecessary personal data.
